  • 1:30 p.m – 3:30 p.m. Ladies Meet & Greet, Travertine Room and Patio, Marriott Resort Center. Sponsored by Boots & Coots/Key Energy Services

Thursday Evening, June 9th
  • 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Kick-off Reception – Yacht Club Lawn, Horseshoe Bay Yacht Club, with “Steppin’ Out DJ.” Sponsored by Select Energy Services (Transportation available at main hotel entrance.)
  • 9:00 p.m. Couples Miniature Golf Tournament, Whitewater Pavillion (optional) Sponsored by New Tech Global

Friday, June 10th
  • 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Breakfast Buffet – Apple Rock and Ram Rock Club House. All Golfers Check in at Apple Rock and Ram Rock Pro Shop. Sponsored by Dennis Energy Services
